一、区域产品总监(全职,工作地点位于北京)

海玩网正在寻找若干位出境旅游行业的资深人士,负责开发,出品和管理海玩的区域产品供应,区域包括:亚太地区,欧洲, 南北美洲, 非洲及中东地区 。此职位需要你和多国籍的不同职能的团队成员(包括拓展部,产品部,编译,客服,IT部门和管理层)共同协作,因此需要你具备良好的沟通能力,富于建设性的创新能力和管理能力。

工作职能:

管理跨职能的区域产品团队(供应商拓展部,产品部,编译部,客服部),实现供应商的开发,产品的采选、内容本地化加工上线、售前产品咨询及运营中问题处理;

管理流程的参与设计和执行监督控制,并按公司要求给出运营数据;

招募培训和管理团队;

制定并执行区域产品战略;

与营销团队和产品团队保持紧密协作,确保顺利按期交付产品服务; 并达到以销定产,以产促销,实现区域销售额最大化;

与主要的供应商和合作伙伴保持良好的沟通;

制定可以提高供应链绩效的战略;

定期参与行业贸易展会、会议、路演。

职位要求:

至少五年以上出境旅游或相关行业经验,例如在出境旅行社(批发商,区域性地接社)或旅游互联网企业负责:产品采购,供应链的拓展与管理,或者出境操作运营管理;

必须具有国际化企业工作经验,和适应多语言文化环境的能力,海归优先考虑;

对国际旅行市场与前景具有一定认识;

企业管理者,具有自我管理和有效沟通的能力;

敏锐的商业感觉,具备阿尔法人格,能够成为天生的领导者;

严肃的战略分析思考者;

高效的组织能力,能够严格监控KPI,项目目标和完成时间;

个性外向,具备出色的谈判技巧;

具有主动性与创造性,必须具备推动创新,积极解决问题的能力;

中文是母语,流利的英语口语与写作水平,有其他语言能力更佳;

常驻北京办公,且能够定期出国出差。

二、旅行产品编辑(工作地点位于北京)

工作职责:

对供应商提供的海外旅游产品资料进行内容翻译;

按照海玩网站风格编辑加工翻译后资料,并深度加工文案,使之简洁、有吸引力、具备可读性,符合互联网用户阅读习惯;

编辑加工产品必备信息,对产品内容的线上呈现形式负责;

保证工作进度,与团队其他部门配合完成其他工作。

职位要求:

  优秀的写作功底,有编辑或撰稿工作经验更佳;

英文好,英语原文阅读无障碍,有翻译经验更佳;

喜爱旅游,认同旅游文化,对新鲜事物和知识感兴趣; 

对互联网行业有兴趣,适应创业公司的工作方式和氛围,有相关工作经验更佳。 

三、旅游产品经理(工作地点位于北京)

工作职责

1. 市场分析,市场调查,产品网设计,提高销售成交率;

2. 负责境外旅游产品信息审核,对上线的产品质量负责;

3. 管理和跟踪需求和订单,获取客户反馈意见,监督供应商服务质量;

4. 与公司各相关部门配合与协调;

5. 与国际供应商保持日常联络。

职位要求

1. 具有2-3年出境或入境旅行社计调经验,并具有相关旅游市场产品,目的地线路的相关知识;

2. 具有明锐的市场洞察力、创新能力,具有进取心和激情,具有较强钻研精神;

3. 具有较强的沟通能力、团队合作精神和协调组织能力;

4. 能够熟练的用英文进行口头和书面的沟通;

5. 性格耐心细致,可以承担长期的工作压力;

6. 对互联网行业有兴趣,适应创业公司的工作方式和氛围,有相关工作经验更佳。

四、旅行顾问(工作地点位于北京)

我们要做的事业,是帮助日益增长的自助游同胞们获得优质的服务和体验。

我们需要的旅行顾问,并不是传统意义上的客服,你可以是:

酷爱旅行,背过大包扛过单反的backpacker;

献身过旅行社,或OTA的出境计调;

喜欢与人交流,滔滔不绝的服务业从业者;

甚至是渴望投身旅游行业的应届毕业生。

工作职责

1. 熟悉所负责旅游目的地的产品属性及线路信息;

2. 解答客户在预订产品时的疑问,了解客户需求,为其自助旅行提供帮助与建议;

3. 跟踪订单保证服务的全程落实和执行,与海外供应商联络,确保客户及时收到预订反馈;

4. 与海外供应商沟通,解决产品预订流程中的问题;

5. 处理客户在海外旅行期间的突发状况;

6. 协助优化产品内容及预订流程。

职位要求

1. 大专以上学历,英语、旅游管理专业优先;

2. 普通话标准,有良好的英文表达能力者优先;

3. 反应迅速,乐于与不同类型的客户沟通,解决问题能力强;

4. 热爱旅游行业,具有耐心、细心、主动的服务意识,能承受一定的工作压力;

5. 有旅行社客服经验者优先;

6. 根据公司需要,有可能安排轮班工作。

五、旅游顾问经理(资深的旅游行业从业者,工作地点北京)

工作职责

1. 管理并且协同下属客服团队,为客户提供优质高效的服务;

2. 跟踪订单保证服务的全程落实和执行,与海外供应商沟通,解决产品预订流程中的问题;

3. 处理客户在海外旅行期间的突发状况;

4. 总结产品及预订流程中存在的问题,及时反馈给其他职能部门,优化产品与服务。

职位要求

1. 本科以上学历(英语、旅游管理专业优先);

2. 良好的英文听说读写能力;

3. 较强的逻辑分析能力,良好的沟通能力、应变力及说服力;

4. 团队协作及合作精神;

5. 三年以上旅行社出境操作或相关工作经验。

Title: Supply Chain Marketing Manager - Full Time Employment

  The candidates will join the Supplier Development Team as a Supply Chain Marketing Manager reporting to the Supplier Development Director and President. This position requires you to work within a cross-functional team (Communication, Development, Product and IT team) on a regular basis, thus it requires you to be an effective communicator and constructive team member.

FUNCTIONS (not limited to):

Find creative ways to create brand awareness among suppliers and international travel markets

Develop monthly and annual marketing plans in conjunction with the BD department, which will detail the activities to meet overseas marketing & PR objectives

Communicate with target audiences and manage relationships

Manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs (promotional material to be used at job fairs, campus recruiting, trade shows, conferences, etc.); Arranging effective distribution of market materials

Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions

Source and secure sponsorships and various other forms of partnerships

Evaluate marketing campaigns while monitoring competitor activity

Manage international media / press relationships and create content

Manage the foreign social media accounts of the company. Create content to produce on social-media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

BASIC REQUIREMENTS 

At least 3 years marketing & PR experience (relevant work experience in tourism industry preferred)

IT literacy (preferably with Adobe products: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 

Social media pro

Creative writer and designer

Ability to operate under strict budgets and deadlines

An entrepreneur, good at self-management and an effective communicator

Title:Supplier Quality Assurance Manager - Full Time Employment

The candidates will join the Business Development Team, as a SupplierQuality Assurance Manager reporting to the Supplier Development Director. This position requires you to work within a cross-functional team (Communication, Development, Product and IT team) on a regular basis, thus it requires you to be an effective communicator and constructive team member.

FUNCTIONS (not limited to):

Assist in improving quality procedures, standards, and specifications

In charge of supplier background checks and qualifications, including reference checks

Monitor and inspect supplier service quality and products, as well as the company's status to make sure they are in accordance with Haiwan's standards and procedures

Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures

Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and statistical reports

Conduct research related to supplier quality

BASIC REQUIREMENTS 

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business/management, mathematic, economics or the like

At least 2 years professional experience

Practical and logical, with a methodical way of thinking - an eye for detail

Must be organized with the ability to enforce strict deadlines

Excellent oral and written English. Any other language is a plus. Chinese proficiency is required.

Title: Senior Supplier Development Manager - Full Time Employment

HAIWAN is searching for several Senior Supplier Development Managers to join our global Business Development Team.

The candidates should be based in:

North America (ideally New York)

South America (ideally Sao Paolo)

Japan (Tokyo)

South East Asia (Hong Kong, Bangkok, or Singapore)

Europe (ideally Paris)

Australia (ideally Sydney)

The candidates will join the global Business Development Team, as a Regional Senior Supplier Development Manager reporting to the Supplier Development Director and Regional Business Director. This position requires you to work within a cross-functional team (Development, Product and IT team) on a regular basis, thus it requires you to be an effective communicator and constructive team member.

FUNCTIONS (not limited to):

As a brand ambassador for HAIWAN in your region, initiate multi-dimension collaboration with local travel markets and tourism boards.

Maintain market surveillance; research regional travel market and identify potential suppliers and products

Engage and qualify suppliers, manage and negotiate contracts, ensure implementation of the cooperation procedure meets HAIWAN's standards

Advise suppliers on products and Chinas market needs

Maintain communication with suppliers, and constantly improve the cooperation with suppliers

Develop strategies to improve supply chain performance

Attend tradeshows, conferences, road shows, and onsite inspection

Coordinate the communication between suppliers and our product / customer service team, to ensure smooth delivery of the product/service.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS 

At least 3 years relevant work experience in tourism industry, esp. in purchasing, supply chain development / management and operation (preferably in an inbound company, wholesaler, or online travel agency procurement dept.)

Knowledge of the inbound market of your territory

An entrepreneur, good at self-management and an effective communicator

Strong business acumen, Alpha personality, matching ability and ambition
